As owner developer and operator, I understand the responsibility to avoid the "junk fees" required from our renters.

Unlike traditional methods, I don't think it's exactly fair to charge for applicant background checks, pet fees, reserved parking and the heavy penalties for justified early termination of rental agreements, In addition to fees that correspond of the natural wear and tear of things.

As a for-profit organization, these strategies have given us positive results, having long-term caring tenants and low unit vacancies.
